\napples are healthier, ice cream is fattning and apples are not, apples have natral sugar but ice cream is full of the fake stuf that is bad for you.

\nice cream is not practicle...need freezer...apple is very practicle and can be carried around verywear.
\nice cream is only for the summer but apple is all year round.if you have milchig then you cant eat fleishig and if you ahve parve that means there is extra chemicals in it!

Off during class, and whatever rules are implemented for use during school time, with any additional guidance and rules set by by parents as to the appropriate use (when and where and how at school). In today's world, everyone who is old enough should carry their cell phones with them.

\nThe first calls to emergency responders at Columbine were from the cell phones of students, allowing responders to get to the scene quickly, and saving an untold number of young lives. Same with Virgina Tech. Same with Heritage High School and countless others. If there is a fire or terrorist attack or earthquake or shooter or what have you, I wouldn't want even one child to perish because they couldn't make it to the school office to ask permission to use the phone.

\nLike anything else, growing up means assuming responsibility for one's actions, assuming the responsibility along with the right or privilege, and knowing how to live within the boundaries and rules. The way kids learn this is by practicing doing it. If they are old enough to have a phone, they are old enough to be trusted with it in school. If they fail to live up to that expectation and responsibility, they no longer get to enjoy that privilege.
